Breathwork & Meditation Sessions.
Breathwork and meditation are powerful practices for stress reduction, self-reflection and healing. Geneviève will lead the group through guided breathwork, followed by a calming meditation. The breathwork is used to help calm the nervous system and deepen the mind-body connection.
At times, practicing these tools on our own can feel intimidating or difficult, however these classes allow you to be guided and supported throughout. These workshops are suitable for people both new and experienced with meditation.
These Zoom sessions are 30-minutes long, making it accessible for your schedule.

Classes are by donation.
Suggested amount $5-10 per session
