Nourish Your Grief Program
a 4-week Virtual Workshop Series with Geneviève

What does it mean to  Nourish Your Grief?

As we move through the grief journey, we can choose to honour and nourish our grief, or we can choose to just simply survive our grief. Nourishing our grief starts by deepening our understanding of grief as a whole, as well as learning how our own unique grief affects us - mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. This allows us to better understand how to support ourselves and develop coping tools for healing. We can begin to create safe spaces for healing in our lives and explore tools that help us move through loss.

Grief is a difficult, yet very significant reality of life. It is common to feel overwhelmed, lost or confused through the grieving process. You are not alone and Geneviève's hope is that this series offers some guidance and a place of healing and connection. Through a little guidance, education and self-exploration you can begin to actively engage with your grief to facilitate deeper healing and ultimately find peace.

This workshop series may be for you if you are...

  • grieving a loss (recent or past)

  • feeling confused about how grief is affecting you

  • seeking a deeper understanding of grief and loss

  • looking for some tools to help you cope with grief

About Geneviève

I am a licensed naturopathic doctor and yoga teacher practicing mianly through my home-based clinic, Nourish Wellness Clinic, in Cloverdale, BC. In my practice, I use naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, counselling, breathwork, mindfulness and yoga to support patients on their healing journey. My approach is trauma-informed and focuses on the mind, body, soul connection.

I came to do grief work after multiple losses  - the most significant being the loss of my beautiful mother, Suzanne and a miscarriage. Since the passing of my mother in 2014 I have deepened my knowledge in the grief space through continuing education, grief research, books and working with patients. I offer one-on-one consults for grief support, however have recently felt called to create a community for grief and loss education and support.
